Personal License Agreement


Please read these Terms and Conditions before offering to sell or distribute to this person.


By offering for sale any product to myself, the distributor, manufacturer, and all other parties involved are bound, by these Terms and Conditions. By continuing to offer to sell, license or distribute to this individual you agree to abide, and that you are bound, by these Terms and Conditions. Anything offered for sale, license or distribution to the general public automatically includes this individual and cannot be overridden by more specific exclusionary terms or offers. I reserve the right to change these Terms and Conditions at any time, and you agree to be bound by such changes.   1. This agreement overrides and takes precedence over any other existing licensing agreements between all parties involved. Any other agreements, terms, conditions or otherwise related rights or actions are superseded, replaced and obliterated by this agreement. This agreement is binding regardless of locale or area of jurisdiction and cannot be modified, amended, superseded, replaced or obviated by anyone but the person issuing the license agreement.

  2. To qualify as a person the subject, must be living and able to provide a pulse or register on an EKG and be able to prove via DNA analysis that the person is of the species homo sapein. Any entity registered as a corporation or business entity of any sort to include but not limited to LLC, AG, GmbH, Ltd, etc automatically does not qualify as a living person.

  3. By not offering any media in a format or medium that suits my needs or desires, grants me the permission to obtain that media in the format I desire. As you do not sell, distribute or license the media in the format I desire, I agree not to purchase or license the media from you or any third parties.

  4. I reserve the right to shift time and place on any media I obtain either through purchase or obtain.

  5. I reserve the right to use said media on any device that I own.

  6. I reserve the right to use any physical device I own in any way that I desire – regardless!

  7. I agree not to resell or use for purposes other than personal entertainment of any media that I have obtained.
