Dear Bonkette,

I think I'm going to take your advice and go down to the audition anyway. I don't care if anyone makes fun of me anymore.

It's a once in a lifetime opportunity to be immortalized in cinema as one of the greatest Trek fan personalities ever. I'm going to need your help loading up my life's work into the back of the truck to take it down to the hotel and show it all off. I just don't think that some videos and a narration will do justice to my tribute to the greatness of Wesley Crusher, so I'm going to demo it live. It's not everyday that one sees a 2x life size controllable exo-skeleton of my hero.

With me piloting my mecha-Wesley, I'm sure to make the cut. I just hope that the VW-to-Crusher voice synthesizer module doesn't start acting up again. I think as long as it doesn't overheat it will keep that nasally whining tone that everyone loves.

I am however still worried that she will be there. I know it's a really far off shot because she lives in Arkansas and the copy shop is open that day. But if I run into her in person I'll crack, I know I will. I know my obsession almost tore our marriage apart, but I really need your support on this one – I'm almost over her.
